What is GentleWaves?
An array of 2,000 yellow LED’s (Light Emitting Diodes) that have been specifically coded and scientifically proven to stimulate changes in the skin cells.
How does it work?
After years of research the scientists behind GentleWaves developed a way of using non-thermal light to accelerate or inhibit cell activity. This light source has been proven to stimulate the mitochondria of the cells and increase the production of collagen and elastin in the skin as well as decrease those enzymes, such as collagenase, that break down collagen.
What does a treatment feel like?
Unlike other skin rejuvenation treatments such as laser and IPL, GentleWaves does not use heat to damage tissue and create a healing response. A GentleWaves treatment is completely painless and risk free. Clients can immediately return to their normal duties after a treatment.
What are the benefits of a GentleWaves programme?
